My family and I just wanted to drop you a note so say how happy we are to be living in our new home!

As an architect designing a house for his own family, I knew how important it was to get a good builder's on the team, and have him involved early in the design process. Those early meetings discussing window systems, materials, finishes, and all the seemingly endless details of a custom house paid huge dividends as we went through the construction process.

Also, the attention to detail as we finished the design all the way thru to the last finish nail was second to none. I often said to my wife after walking through our house during construction, "They are building this house like it's a piece of furniture, its beautiful!" With the amount of "different" details we had in our house that neither I nor any other builder had attempted before, I knew it was going to be a challenge. But, Chad and his team of craftsman rose to the occasion and delivered an outstanding finished product.

Speaking of Chad, in the 10 years that I have been in the architecture business, I have not had as much fun or worked with a better project manager, Chad did an exceptional job of dealing with a client who was also the architect and was never quite finished designing. I truly believe "no" is not in his vocabulary! Thanks again for making this process so wonderful, and we can't wait to do the next one!
