Tony is very proud of the relationships that has developed with his team of subcontractors and suppliers. They’ve worked hard together and learned a lot from each other over the years, and each one has their specialty. Tony’s staff, subs and suppliers know that the best is expected from them, and they each deliver day in, day out. Conversely Zahn know’s what is expected of him – to be ready for them as scheduled. There was never any doubt in Tony’s mind that he would pursue a career in building homes and real estate development. He considers himself very fortunate to make a living doing something he truly loves. They said they felt like they were on vacation when they were at home, that living in their new home felt like they were at a resort!
